What precautions are Caesars Entertainment/Swift Airlines taking during this COVID-19 public emergency?
Caesars Entertainment continues to closely monitor guidance from various health authorities, including the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO), as well as other governmental agencies that regulate air travel such as the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and Department of Transportation (DOT). As the public emergency caused by COVID-19 evolves, policies and procedures will be updated, as necessary.
Operational Adjustments Due To COVID-19 Public Emergency
As of June 1, 2020:
All passengers are required to wear a mask on board the flight. All passengers are encouraged to bring their own masks. If you do not have a mask, one will be provided to you.
Our air charter operators’ flight attendants are required to wear a mask during the flight.
As occupancy for each flight permits, and wherever possible, access to certain seats will be restricted to provide greater spacing between passengers.
All inflight services have been temporarily adjusted to limit customer and flight attendant interactions.
Hand sanitizer will be made available to passengers as they board the aircraft.
Air charter operators have implemented enhanced daily cleaning procedures for aircraft interiors with EPA-approved disinfectants.
All chartered aircraft are equipped with HEPA (High-Efficiency Particulate Air) filters used in hospitals.
For all flights arriving through August 31, 2020, the cancellation policy has been adjusted to 72 hours from arrival.
What is “Being Rated”?
It means the guest has used a player card while they played and their play has been recorded by the casino. “Ratings” are used for casino comps like food, beverages and show tickets. It is also evaluated for future offers like complimentary rooms and airfare.
What information is needed to book a reservation?
We need everyone’s full name (as it appears on the ID), mailing address, telephone, date of birth, email address and credit card.
What are Complimentaries (comps)?
Casino comps are rewards offered to casino customers for their gaming activity at the table and slot machines.
How Are Comps Figured?
The Pit supervisors monitor the games you play, average bets, length of time and win/loss. For slot players, the number and denomination of coins and number of pulls are tracked by the machine. From this information the casino uses a formula to determine a “Theoretical Win” and your comp worth.
What is the Term “Theoretical Win?”
Based on your average bet or “coin in” and the amount of time you play, the computer calculates a formula of what the casino could theoretically win from you. This is a standard procedure for calculating a casino patron’s “worth”.
What is a Qualified Player?
Qualified Players receive complimentaries (comps) based upon their level of play. It should be noted that the levels of play required may change based on destination. For example, Atlantic City requires 4-5 hours per day at either a $1.00 Slot machine with maximum coin in or $75.00 min bet at the tables to qualify for one complimentary seat on the aircraft and a room.
How Do I Become a Qualified Player?
Complimentary levels are set by the casino. We give everyone a slot & table game rating card upon arrival. It is the customer’s responsibility to use the card while playing. Should you play multiple slot machines or lose your card we ask that you go over to the Total Rewards Center and have the appropriate amount of cards made up for you to use.
What Type of I.D. Do I Need for Check In at the Airport?
Our check in period begins 1 1/2 hours prior to flight time and lasts one half hour. A government issued picture I.D. is required from every passenger in order to fly. Please note that since this is FAA regulation, no one will be allowed to fly without proper I.D.
What Items Can’t I Bring in My Carry-On Bags?
NO WEAPONS of any type will be allowed. No Knives, scissors, sharp cutting implements or lighters will be allowed on passengers or in your carry-on baggage. FAA approved oxygen tanks are permitted. Security personnel will confiscate any items they deem not permissible on the aircraft.
By Order of the Transportation Security Administration.
The following pertains to carry on bags only. You may now carry through security checkpoints travel-size toiletries (3 ounces or less) that fit comfortably in ONE, QUART-SIZE, clear plastic, zip-top bag. At the checkpoint you will be asked to remove the zip-top bag of liquids and place it in a bin or on the conveyor belt. X-raying separately will allow TSA to more easily examine the declared items. Larger amounts of prescription liquid medications, baby formula and diabetic glucose treatments must be declared at the checkpoint for additional screening. After clearing security, travelers can now bring beverages and other items purchased in the secure boarding area on-board aircraft.
Why Does it Cost More for a Single Rate?
Our program is subsidized by the casino. Without their support package prices would be substantially more. Actual costs on most of our trips are far more than the package price. Pricing is determined based on actual costs and having two people in one room.
Why Do I Need a Credit Card to Check into the Hotel?
Posting a credit card is standard in the hotel business. It’s made to protect them from theft and damages. Most casinos do not have exceptions.
What is the Cancellation Policy?
When cancelled outside of fourteen days from the date trip there is a full refund. When cancelled inside of fourteen days from the trip date there is a $400 per reservation cancel fee.
